Who we are

What this site collects
This site is a set of static pages. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not run a shop or a payment form here. In normal browsing we collect the following.
- Nothing you type. There is no contact form on this site. If you call or email us, we hold that conversation the same way we hold any other customer enquiry.
- Standard server records. Our hosting provider records ordinary request information such as your IP address, the pages requested, and your browser type. This is used to serve the site and to keep it secure.
- Cookie based measurement, only if you accept it. See the next section.
Cookies and your choices
We group cookies into three kinds.
- Necessary. These make the site work, including remembering the cookie choice you made and any accessibility settings you turned on. They cannot be switched off.
- Analytics. These help us understand which pages people read so we can improve the site. They are off until you accept them.
- Marketing. These would let us measure advertising. They are off until you accept them.
Analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you choose to accept them. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings control on this site, and clearing your browser's stored data for this site will also reset your choice.
Third party services
Two things on our pages are served by other companies.
- Online ordering. Our Order Online button sends you to our ordering partner at olo.edgeservpos.com. Once you are there, that company's own privacy policy governs what happens, including anything you pay.
- Map. Our Find Us section embeds a Google map so you can get directions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.
How long we keep things
Server records are kept for a short period by our host for security and troubleshooting. Cookie preferences live in your own browser until you clear them.
Children
This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, call us or email us using the details above and we will respond.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone. It includes an accessibility control that lets you adjust text size, contrast and motion. That control is a convenience and it is not a substitute for the site being built properly, so if you hit a barrier we would rather hear about it. If we change how this site handles information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
